If you find yourself all the way up in Chicago with a craving of some down home comfort food, well, you'd be out of luck. That is, until Big Mama's Kitchen came on to the food truck scene. She's serving up a bevy of what she calls urban soul food, culled from the traditions of Southern cuisine and updated to modern food truck fare standards.
